Settings & Account
The Settings screen is organized into four sections — Account, Layout, Access, and Appearance — with a side nav to jump between them.
Account
Manage your DEJA Cloud account and subscription:
- Display name — How your name appears across DEJA.js apps
- Email — Your account email address
- Subscription — View your current plan and click Manage in Stripe to open the billing portal (update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel). An Upgrade button takes you to the plan comparison.
Layout
Layout-wide configuration for the currently selected layout:
- Tags — Create, edit, and remove the reusable tags you assign to turnouts, routes, effects, and signals.
- USB Ports — The serial ports reported by your DEJA Server.
Access
Invite other people to run trains on your layout, and manage who already can:
- Members — Everyone with co-operator access, with a ✕ to remove someone.
- Pending Requests — Approve or deny access requests from people trying to join.
- Require Code for Members — When on, people join instantly by typing the room code shown near the layout instead of waiting for your approval.
- Room Code — A 2-digit rotating proximity code for kiosk-style, in-person joining, shown here and full-screen in the Monitor app.
- Join Link — Your layout's join URL with a Copy button, a QR code, and Print Poster for a full-page printable sign.

Appearance
Switch between light, dark, or system-default theme, and choose a background for the app.
Subscription Plans
- Hobbyist — Free tier with basic features
- Engineer — Advanced features for serious operators
- Conductor — Full access for club-level operations
